It's not my first time here, and the food is always good. I had the appetizer and tortelli verdi, and they were excellent. It's a shame they didn't have caplets (they're still early), but I'll be back.

I dined last night in their cool, relaxing outdoor setting. Excellent starter, including erbazzone reggiano, cured meats, fritters, and vegetables. Followed by an excellent tartare accompanied by sauces, including a sensational onion sauce, incredible with the classic method rosé Pinot Noir chosen to accompany it. Grilled vegetables served as a side dish and an excellent chocolate and raspberry parfait. Courteous service; the chef occasionally comes to the table, describing the dishes and revealing his great passion. Excellent wine selection, both local and national, with a nod to a renowned champagne like Tarlant. What can I say? Well done! I spent a delightful evening just minutes from the center of Albinea.
