We came here because we were informed by the AIC. The pizza is good, but you can't add speck while cooking because it becomes dry, salty, and tough. The answer is, that's how we do it. At least by saying it that way, one would be more careful.

A beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere, friendly, professional service, quality, and flavor. Fresh seafood dishes, excellent pizzas, special appetizers, and exquisite desserts. The best Sicilian cannoli I've ever eaten outside of Sicily—delicious, excellent quality. Congratulations!

05/04/2026: Excellent pizza, very light in crust and well-topped. Service is quick and, above all, very friendly. The atmosphere is casual, but the quality-price ratio is excellent! When we pass through Santo Stefano di Quisquina again, we'll definitely be back to try another pizza from the many options on the menu.
