La Locanda In Rende

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant. I was absolutely thrilled with the fried fish platter and the mixed grill. Special praise goes to the manager, whose impeccable presence made the entire evening even more enjoyable. His professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to manage the dining room with discretion and efficiency were nothing short of exemplary. He helped create a welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service, making our dinner truly memorable.

Excellent quality food, we discovered new and sublime flavors of Calabria and specifically Cosenza. We were very happy with the experience and will definitely return. Very kind, helpful and prompt staff.

Excellent food; friendly staff, as well as prompt; small outside space, although quite functional. Overall it is a good place and I would gladly return.

We ordered an antipasto locanda for €18.00, to be shared by three. The waiter was in a hurry and told us to add the hot ones, because otherwise there wouldn't be enough for everyone. Not convinced but in a hurry we agreed, paying, rightly, €9.20 more. The cheeses and cured meats were good The meatballs were already fried, reheated at the time and I strongly advise against them. They made our mouths so sticky that we needed to drink liters of water during the long ride home. The Italian spaghetti were good and a generous portion. The lagane and chickpeas were tasteless. The worst thing was the lemon tiramisu. I specifically asked if it was made with mascarpone but it was just whipped cream with a base soaked in lemon that gave me heartburn all day. Another note. We paid the cover charge €7.50, they didn't bring a crumb of bread and the focaccia, which the waiter who ordered us, always quickly, was paid €4.50. To end on a "beautiful note", after paying the bill they didn't ask us if everything had gone well or say goodbye. The only positive note of the service was a very kind girl. They will definitely never see us again.

from the outside you wouldn't give it all this importance. then just go in a few meters and you understand that you are in a beautiful place, well-kept with a certain taste! at the exit Rende, on this avenue that leads to the center you find a series of nearby places including the locanda. well, go in with confidence and you will not regret it. vast menu, lots of choice appetizers first courses second courses pizzas everything very good and tasty! courteous and fast service prices not exactly cheap but still fair. congratulations, beautiful discovery! in Rende for lunch or dinner from today we have found the right restaurant

I stopped at the Rende motorway exit during a business trip and wanted to try something new and I found this beautiful inn with a family atmosphere and genuine food. I will definitely go back

The place is a real discovery: welcoming, well furnished and with a warm and relaxing atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The environment is cared for down to the smallest detail, ideal both for an evening with friends and for a more intimate occasion. The staff is kind, professional and always attentive to customer needs, without ever appearing intrusive. The service was quick and efficient. The gastronomic offer is also excellent: well-presented dishes, with fresh, quality ingredients. Each course proved to be a pleasure for the palate. The wine and drink list is varied and well selected. A place that combines taste, atmosphere and customer care. Highly recommended!
