Locale sito nella gettonatissima località sciistica nota a tutti gli appassionati di sport invernali. Locale arredato in ogni dettaglio in stile tipico montano,con vista mozzafiato sulle nevi,a farne da padrone sono la gentilezza e l accuratezza nel presentare i piatti tipici del personale di sala,davvero impagabili,locale molto pulito e molto “caldo” i piatti raccontano la storia di quei luoghi e sono cucinati con vera maestria e si nota la ricerca accurata dei prodotti. Se vi trovate in zona la tappa è obbligatoria…

Un buon ristorante, il migliore provato nel nostro soggiorno. Cucina valdostana fatta con alcune punte di originalità. Buona la carne della bourguignonne, gradevole la polenta. Servizio attento e ambiente curato, con un comodo parcheggio nelle vicinanze (che non guasta mai)

14/09/2025: We went for dinner on a Friday evening. The place is spacious, with plenty of seating, but the decor is a bit bland. We ordered a platter of cured meats and cheeses (the lard was very good, but the other cured meats were bland) and the bourguignon (tender and plentiful, with a variety of salted meats to accompany it). The bill wasn't exactly cheap (about €50 per person with wine).
09/09/2025: Excellent atmosphere and service, but disappointing value for money.

La Brasserie d'Entreves

01/01/2026: The restaurant has been completely renovated while maintaining its decades-long history. The food is top-notch and the service has been further improved. Excellent!
30/12/2025: I went for dinner with my family on the evening of December 27th. Parking was difficult, the place was welcoming, and the staff were friendly, each with their own tasks (some taking orders for food, some for water, some for bread). The local food was excellent, served promptly, and the price was fair. I was satisfied and will return to try other local dishes and specialties (raclette, bourguignonne, and desserts). B.
