The atmosphere is authentic and welcoming, with a rustic yet refined ambiance that reflects the charm of the medieval village of Scontrone. The cuisine is a delightful balance of tradition and creativity: dishes like grilled lamb or "pallotte" are enhanced by authentic flavors and high-quality ingredients. The service is warm and attentive: the staff and owners are distinguished by their kindness and helpfulness, contributing to a relaxed and pleasant experience. The mountain view and terrace are also remarkable, making aperitivo time unforgettable, if you're lucky. Why not give it 5 stars? Some dishes, like the ravioli, were a little less balanced or showed some room for improvement. In a restaurant of this caliber, these details matter, but overall the experience remains very positive. In short: a restaurant worth a visit for its sense of authenticity, the quality of its cuisine, and its sincere hospitality.
