The grouper with lemon and capers is amazing, the grilled scorpionfish I've never eaten before, and the courgettes scapece, a real discovery, delicious and tasty.

Recognizable by the red tablecloths on the main course, I ate the grilled redfish for the first time and it was delicious, spaghetti with swordfish bottarga well done and plentiful!

One of the spots in Ponza I have been dining at for 20+ years since the times when the ever present, entertaining and charismatic Silverio manned the place. Today, the place upped the game tremendously with newly renovated kitchen and waiters with headpieces never missing a beat running the place with the utmost efficiency and kindness. The food was also a pleasant surprise, the dishes we ordered were absolutely delicious.
This is a perfect example how to preserve a restaurant with history and character instead of planting another predictable overpriced white cube sophisticated travelers couldn’t care less about. Well done guys, thank you. I can’t wait to be back again🙏👏👍
