La Lanterna In Bellagio

Great little spot in one of the alleys. Our party of 4 had the best pasta and lasagna they've ever had! I'm not a fan of either so I just sat with them. Highly recommend for those two items!

Really friendly waiters despite some minor hiccups with cutlery & only being able to accept cash. The portion sizes should be bigger relative to the prices but I guess they have the reasoning of their pasta being fresh in comparison to a lot of the competition. They were tasty & very flavorful. Lots of menu options. They also have lots of hand painted glass bottles & things for sale. 70 euros for the medium sized ones - perfect, but pricey souvenirs! Some might like the uniqueness of inside the store but others might find it a bit too claustrophobic! Would visit again if we were ever in Bellagio again.

One of my favorite places in Bellagio. It's a tiny place that somehow found a way to sit a large party in short order. The menu is very limited, but there was something alluring about that. We had the pesto, the amatriciana, the Bolognese, the lasagna, and the tiramisu which they serve in a coffee maker and might have been my favorite one in all of Italy. The place is decorated with handpainted cork tops, flattened glass bottles, aperol bottles, and other items for sale. The staff were very friendly and I would happily go back, just wish they would add some starter dishes or more options, since we already sampled pretty much the entire menu already.

Fresh pasta, adorable setting and great wine. You can’t beat the setting, the food or the service. The menu is small and it’s perfect because every dish is fabulous

Spectacular place to eat. 10/10 food, we thoroughly enjoyed it, and the service was very pleasant. One of the best places we've eaten in Milan. The best lasagna I've ever had, and the tiramisu is a must-try; it's well worth the ferry ride there.

Fresh pasta with generous portions, all the ingredients were fresh and we were served very quickly. The pesto pasta was perfect!

AS A PASTA HATER, I was converted at this restaurant. Truly, I have never found pasta good, or worth the money to spend. Begrudgingly, I went to this restaurant by the advice of my friends who claimed it was the best pasta they had in como. We were sat close to opening time, the pasta selection is small but I think that makes it charming to focus on a couple dishes. The atmosphere is top notch. On a beautiful street, family owned, hand painted bottles of iconic scenes in lake como, Bellagio, etc., and very kind staff. We got a limoncello spritz, and liter white wine, and three pastas. The portion is perfect, comes on a cute painters palette, in a nice ceramic bowl. I had the pasta amatriciana. The guancale was a neat salty addition to a great sauce, the pasta was a great texture. A great helping of parmesano, and a delicious bowl of pasta. Friend had two of the other types, I was also impressed. We ended up buying three bottles of the wall, special deal for 30 € each.
