La gestione da decenni permette di avere ottima qualità e pezzi nella norma considerati che è tutto fatto in casa ! I primi buoni e lezioni giuste, gnocco e tigelle ottime e paghi solo quello che vuoi! Dolci molto buoni ! Vedo critiche per i 3.5€ di coperto! Ma almeno qui tovaglie e tovaglioli sono di stoffa! E in pizzeria che paghi per tovaglie di carta!

We were here with a friend on motorbikes after visiting Maranello. The motorbikes were perfectly taken care of and then we were taken care of as well. The rooms are older, but everything was clean, functional and we were satisfied. The subsequent dinner, including wine, was excellent, ending with a tasting of desserts. That's how I imagine real Italian cuisine. An unforgettable experience after traveling through Italy. I hereby thank the people who took such excellent care of us.

It's the first time I go to this restaurant, a nice, quiet place, friendly staff, we ate well, the tortelloni with pistachios and balsamic vinegar were very good and the dessert, the porcupine... if you pass through Guiglia I recommend it

29/12/2024: Parking not very convenient. Entrance looks like a bar then inside nice room. Good menu, excellent first courses, good prices. Excellent appetizer and buffet side dish (you might be okay with that already), the cut not bad (a little overcooked for me) the owner is very good as he is almost alone in serving. Worth coming back for the borlenghi.
29/12/2024: Entrata sembra più un bar però dentro bella sala. Il menù non molto vario ma invitante. Ottimo il buffet di antipasti e contorni. (veramente abbondante) il titolare (nonostante sia quasi solo in sala) bravo e sempre attento. I primi molto buoni. La tagliata discreta (per me un po' troppo cotta) il prezzo veramente giusto. Da tornare anche per i borlenghi

17/12/2024: Suggestive and welcoming location ideal for lunches, dinners and events. I had the pleasure of having lunch here for my uncles' wedding anniversary. Excellent traditional dishes: tortellini in broth, tortelli with speck and scamorza, roasts with potatoes. The panoramic view and the lit fireplace will make your stay very pleasant. Friendly and helpful staff. Be careful of snowy/icy roads in the winter months.
03/11/2024: Lunch was excellent with quality products!! But I didn't stay overnight!
