Fantastic pizza with well-leavened and very digestible dough. The ingredients are also very good and refined. I don't recommend just getting a Margherita, but exploring the pizzas with different toppings. They also have a completely vegetarian pizza, which is very good.

Clean and very well-kept in its simplicity, the place offers a varied selection of delicious dishes. The pizzas and their variations are excellent. Only the chips were a little oily, but everything else was perfect. Congratulations.

I was there just for the opening; the place is very beautiful and elegant. I tried the pizza, which I liked: light and crispy. They had a decent selection of beers available for tasting; I tried a very good red. The other items offered for tasting at the opening—mozzarella, cheeses, cured meats, and fried foods—were excellent. I'll be back for a full review. So far, I've been very impressed.

For a last-minute midweek summer evening with friends, we decided to come to this restaurant, determined to try their pizzas.
Parking wasn't easy; it's in an alley, so you have to leave your car as close to the road as possible, but you'll most likely have to walk a few minutes.
They seated us in a beautiful, well-kept and atmospheric garden—truly pleasant.
We started with a trio of truly delicious fried pizzas.
Next, I tried a Vicolo S. Antonio, with a Vitorchiano-style sauce, which has a lovely garlic base, grilled sausages, and fennel. Served pre-cut. Quality ingredients! I loved it, but I couldn't finish it. Personally, it was a bit heavy, unfortunately, probably due to the rich sauce. The dough was very good!

A truly wonderful experience! The setting is idyllic, just what you'd expect when you come to Italy. The food is homemade and of excellent quality! The staff is very pleasant. It's a must-do when you come to Vitorchiano!
