Esperienza positiva, abbiamo preso in 4 persone 2 pizze in pala, l’impasto e’ molto leggero e la qualità degli ingredienti eccellente. Il dolce da provare. Abbiamo speso 150 eur, un po’ caro ma ne vale la pena. Ci tornerei.

Excellent pizzeria for gourmet pizza with a choice of top quality ingredients. Always book given the requests and attendance (sometimes a little too noisy)

Locale piccolo ma elegante. Ottime le pizze gourmet (che ovviamente hanno un costo maggiore rispetto a quelle tradizionali). Possibilità di pizza alla pala (con 2 scelte e 4 tranci per scelta) o pizza singola. Noi abbiamo provato quella con il crudo invecchiato di 24 mesi e burrata e quella stracciatella, alici e scorza di limone. Ottimi anche i dolci fatti in casa. Si fanno i turni: 19.00-20.30 o dalle 21.00

Ian's pizza is always a pleasant confirmation! Tried both the gourmet and the peel pizza... both amazing, very light, tasty and super digestible. Try the pairing with Bosio's Franciacorta Brut... the perfect marriage. Thanks to Ian and all the staff for this fantastic experience. Special mention also to the panettone which is now never missing from our Christmas table.

18/12/2024: I dined at Vino Buono and had an amazing steak—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The restaurant itself was fantastic, with a unique and charming atmosphere that added to the experience. Definitely a place worth visiting!
14/12/2024: Io e mia moglie ogni tanto veniamo direttamente da Milano per cenare in questa oasi di pace e di gusto. Ciò che ci porta qui è il clima di pace e accoglienza che si respira, la qualità delle materie prime e la ricerca negli abbinamenti e negli accostamenti nei piatti. Definirla enoteca con cucina è limitativo, c'è una vera cucina raffinata che può essere accompagnata da una scelta vastissima e di grande qualità di vini. L'ambiente è semplice ma curato, si respira un'aria familiare e di amicizia. Ultimo,ma non per valore, la cortesia e accoglienza di Roberto, che da vero oste sa metterti a tuo agio e guidarti, insieme a sua moglie in un percorso enogastronomico MERAVIGLIOSO!

24/02/2025: We went to this restaurant for dinner right after the day at QC Terme, and we were incredibly surprised. All the staff is extremely welcoming and kind, and we thank them especially for clarifying our countless curiosities about the menu and the historical tidbits about the town of San Pellegrino. Canederli and pizzoccheri are super good, but with the venison stew with polenta they really outdid themselves. The project with the guys is also really remarkable, to support them it is possible to buy desserts made by them, we recommend them because they are delicious.
23/02/2025: Restaurant with refined cuisine and excellent quality products; top staff (kindness, preparation in advising you, price in line with quality restaurants. Advice: try it to believe it.
