A pizzeria that is definitely out of the ordinary... and I'm not saying this because of the beauty of the place (it's located in the center of Dorga) or the interior design, which is actually very simple and essential, and to be picky, even rather small compared to average, even if the large window overlooking the parking lot gives it great brightness and takes away that otherwise possible feeling of being closed in... what is truly OUT OF THE COMMON is the Great, I would say EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY of the products used for the dough and for the various toppings, decidedly unusual in almost all pizzerias... traditional pizzas and focaccia pizzas, cut into pieces or to form rustic and delicious sandwiches, with a dough that visually seems rather high and heavy, but which literally melts in your mouth from the first to the last bite... never experienced a similar sensation in a pizzeria... we will definitely be back to try all the types of pizza and the various toppings over time... I repeat... EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY!!!!!!!! Last visit on 12/22/22, and found the usual quality of pizzas, ingredients and service; unlike the last visit, traditional pizzas are no longer on the menu, so the assortment includes Roman-style pizzas in pala, Gourmet pizzas in pala, and new Gourmet pizzas in a round shape, made with the pizza in pala dough and already cut into wedges, in a few Super Select flavors (e.g. Leek, Raw and Lard Patanegra, Cotto Branchi.), with, to finish in style, a selection of truly exquisite desserts ... always SUPER - November 2025, just to confirm the continuity of Quality and Service, as always at the Top

Excellent dinner. Exceptional, crispy pizza, made with fresh, select ingredients. The atmosphere is warm, comfortable, and welcoming. Very friendly staff. Ideal for a dinner with friends and family, enjoying high-quality food in a beautiful village in the Seriana Valley.

It's always a pleasure to return to Ian and his wonderful family!!! Everything was perfect, highly recommended...for a unique pizza experience.
