We ate 3 different excellent and plentiful pasta dishes. The meat was exceptional. The wine very good. I highly recommend it

I CONFIRM everything, when we are in Collevalenza, the Da Massimo restaurant is a guarantee!
Excellent service, the ham on the appetizer was really good, with the flavor of the best homemade sausages. I felt like I was eating what my dad made👍🏻. The first courses are also excellent, and the baked veal with balsamic vinegar is a delight! Congratulations to all the staff

Restaurant that offers typical dishes of the Umbrian tradition, the portions are generous and the quality is excellent. Note of merit for the tripe, truly delicious. But everything else is delicious too. Friendly and attentive staff, excellent value for money. Definitely highly recommended!

We spent a beautiful day kissed by the sun in this restaurant. With a welcoming atmosphere, served very quickly by kind and smiling staff. Excellent food, warm and welcoming atmosphere, courteous and super quick service. Highly recommended for lunches or dinners with family or friends... but I would say that you would also make a good impression for a business lunch. Come on with all Massime'

Historic restaurant located near the Collevalenza Monastery near the city of Todi, here you will find typical Umbrian cuisine: ciriole, pappardelle, cappelletti and many different types of meats. The centuries-old and unique dish, which you will certainly only find in Umbria and in very few other restaurants, is the "Palomba alla Todina" (wild). Cooked by the expert hands of the owner Massimo for many hours between the fireplace and the oven. A true delicacy with now forgotten flavours. And I really like to repeat that only in this region will you be able to savor it.
