La Lampara In Modena

Very, very good restaurant, very friendly staff, we have known this place for a long time, we came this evening, we are French and we do not speak Italian, but with our gestures they made a lot of effort to understand us and we laughed together, they have a great sense of humor. Everything is very good, I recommend it one hundred percent, you will not be disappointed if you pass through MODENA, it is truly an Italian atmosphere.

You absolutely have to order the fries here. The simple fries here are much more delicious than the fancy ones you'd find at fancy restaurants. Of all the fries I've ever had, the seafood fries here were the best. I took one bite and it was so delicious I forgot to take a picture after eating it, and only took half of it before I did. Of course, the other dishes were delicious too. But the fries were unparalleled. Ahhh... I want to eat them again.

The food was plentiful and very good (fish). The prices were fair. Unfortunately, the service was sluggish; some dishes were forgotten, and the restaurant was very crowded.

The pizza was excellent, but we waited too long to order and receive it, and smoking is allowed on the terrace, so you'll also get cigarette smoke while you eat... Huh!

A must-try!!! This restaurant offers a very extensive menu. I visited at dinner time. It's worth noting that the staff was very attentive and helpful. We called to find out if they were open and if we could still make it (they close at 11, and it was 10 pm). I only tried a starter: "Gramigna con panta e salsiccia" (Gramigna with panta e salsiccia), and all I can say is: "What a spectacular taste!" ✔️Abundant ✔️Very flavorful ✔️And perfectly cooked pasta! My companion chose the house pasta: "Pizza La Rosa Lámpara," with a light pasta base and fresh ingredients, a recommended combination! If you're visiting Modena... you have to go to this place!

Prima volta in questo ristorante, ormai storico dí Modena, e, onestamente sono rimasto soddisfatto della qualità del cibo, così come della quantità delle porzioni. Il prezzo è in linea con i ristoranti di pesce, e meriterebbe una stella in più se non fosse per il servizio un po’ improvvisato e poco professionale.
