We stopped by chance on our way back from a trip. A homey atmosphere, excellent, generous dishes, made to order. If you're in a hurry, go to a fast food restaurant; otherwise, enjoy the delicious food and friendly staff. Absolutely competitive prices.

A wonderful experience at the kantinetta: we were greeted cheerfully and kindly by Chef Mauro, with whom we immediately struck up a wonderful conversation. The assistant who took our orders was equally friendly and very professional, recommending the best traditional dishes and matching wines. The dishes were excellent and of the highest quality. Good food, nothing to say except that if you choose this place you have to be patient because the courses are very long.

Arrivati qui per caso siamo stati travolti dalla cordialità e simpatia del personale e del titolare. Locale accogliente e intimo. Abbiamo mangiato dei piatti tipici ed erano veramente buoni. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Anche il vino della casa era lodevole. Se torniamo a Gorizia sicuramente sarà una tappa obbligata per noi!

Cena con piatti tipici e stagionali in un ambiente molto familiare, appena fuori dal centro di Gorizia, che dista 5 minuti in auto. Ottimi agnolotti con asparagi e inaspettati ma molto gustosi medaglioni di maiale con fragole. Il tutto accompagnato da buon vino della casa al giusto prezzo. La differenza la fa Mauro, un vero e proprio oste, sorridente e affabulatore, che si ferma a tutti i tavoli per raccontare della propria cucina e soprattutto del territorio che conosce a menadito.
