Update August 2024. My partner, I and our Weimaraner really wanted to eat here at "La Grotta Tartufi" because we like it. Here the quality of the raw materials is excellent. The guys are very kind and the customer perceives that they do their job with passion. We had bresaola with truffled mustard and buffalo mozzarella. Mouth-watering. The fettuccine is homemade, the meat and truffles are excellent. Congratulations to the chef and the whole team for welcoming us even though we had no reservation. Even our Weimaraner thanks :). We'll be back soon! Hi guys, thanks for these delicacies!

14/08/2025: I can’t say enough good about this restaurant! Fantastic service, fantastic food, and they have whiskey! They are only a two stop ride on the bus from the Colosseum, and it’s great to get out of the hustle and bustle, and enjoy a fine meal after a long day.

26/07/2025: Family-run restaurant, good professionally made pizza, abundant dishes.
29/06/2025: Before the pandemic, it was an excellent option, offering excellent value for money. But the last few times we went, it went downhill. The service was inattentive, dry, the wait was excessive, the food from the set menu was terrible, the pasta was tough, and the sauces were unseasoned. Reflecting on the pre-pandemic era, we took friends to a cozy and delicious neighborhood restaurant, but it was a very bad experience: it took over an hour to be served, the pasta was tough, the sauces were bad, the service was rushed, and the dishes were difficult to explain! It seems like it doesn't matter whether you're a regular or not.
