La Grotta Tartufi, Grammo In Subiaco

Since on Instagram they are asking me for opinions on the various restaurants in the area I decided to do some reviews directly!! Then the La Grotta Tartufi restaurant is small and elegant with a very romantic view in the evening the perfect lighting for a couple's evening!! Very refined... As for the menu I definitely recommend their meat (more precisely the tartare) which are amazing and impossible to resist!! Selected products, carefully chosen and above all based on fresh truffles, normal portions, fair prices given the service offered and the gourmet plating!!

We only discovered you now. You are a real "gem" in this Livata. Very private and welcoming place. Refined, fresh, excellent food!!! Keep it up, you are the difference!!!

Siamo stati in questo ristorante in pieno agosto e ci hanno trovato un posto per 5 all’ultimo. Tutti i piatti presi hanno più che soddisfatto le nostre aspettative, dagli arancini come antipasto al dolce allo zabaione. Curati nei minimi dettagli e con tutti i sapori bilanciati; le porzioni sono anche grandi. I due ragazzi sono stati fin da subito disponibili e gentili. Ritorneremo sicuramente per assaggiare i piatti non presi e per godere di nuovo di quest'ospitalità. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo

Update August 2024. My partner, I and our Weimaraner really wanted to eat here at "La Grotta Tartufi" because we like it. Here the quality of the raw materials is excellent. The guys are very kind and the customer perceives that they do their job with passion. We had bresaola with truffled mustard and buffalo mozzarella. Mouth-watering. The fettuccine is homemade, the meat and truffles are excellent. Congratulations to the chef and the whole team for welcoming us even though we had no reservation. Even our Weimaraner thanks :). Thanks to Federico who tried in every way to please me and offered me always tasty alternatives, avoiding milk and eggs which unfortunately I cannot eat and for bringing me a donut at the end of the meal (because I don't like leaving things on my plate). Thanks to the owner whose name I didn't know, but who explained to me how the particular flavor of the bread that accompanied the Papaciucco was. That drop of white truffle oil on the bread made such a simple dish refined and particular. I really appreciated the way you served the porcini mushrooms with the truffle. I love this type of presentation as it enhances the content which does not disappoint! On the contrary! .-

Very nice and well-kept restaurant. We ate very well, the revisited tagliolini with truffles were excellent. Instead of gorgonzola we got them with butter.

Cozy and informal place. The truffles are plentiful and delicious and the helpful staff is friendly.

Inizio parlando della location molto carina però per quanto mi riguarda troppo piccolina per la quantità di tavoli messi a disposizione e toglierei anche i tavoli messi davanti l’ingresso quando è inverno, insomma stufa accesa e porta continuamente aperta un controsenso o no?!. Il personale molto attento e qualificato, mentre per il cibo, il quale avevo aspettative molto alte visto le recensioni lette, mi sento di dire che la qualità c’è ma non usata nel modo giusto, potrebbero fare molto di più…

Really nice little place but the best thing is the kindness and friendliness of the service! We stopped without a reservation for two glasses of wine and a platter, they seated us without any problems even though the place was full and during rush hour. Excellent quality raw materials and wine!
