What flavors and what genuine products! We had dinner with friends and we ate very well and the portions were generous. Roman pizza, they look like flying saucers and loaded with toppings, really excellent. The pappardelle with hare ragout and the mixed grill are delicious and plentiful. All produced at 0 km. If we want to find a flaw, the rooms are not large and the confusion can be felt when the place is full. For the rest I recommend it and I will return!

The place is very minimal and a little retro, with a little it could be much more welcoming. The best pizza I've ever tasted, excellent cold cuts starter.

Very suggestive place. The 4 of us went to dinner (it was our anniversary and for once we decided to spend it with the kids too). My husband and the kids ordered pizza while I ordered kebabs and chicory. I would have preferred to be told that there were delays in the kitchen and that my dishes would not arrive with the pizzas. When everyone had finished eating and I had eaten the bread and started eating some of the pizza left by my son, what I had ordered finally arrived. The kebabs were served with grilled vegetables (very good) and chicory on the side. Too bad that the meat was not cooked well as it had charred parts and raw parts. Even though I hate waste, I had to leave 2 small pieces of meat as they couldn't be chewed because they were too raw and chewy. Even the chicory was not well cooked in fact it was hard, the consistency reminded me of the seaweed salad found in Japanese restaurants. I ate it all but in hindsight I would have had it put in a container to take away so I could cook it better at home and make it more digestible. The pizza however was very very good, the base was soft, not like the traditional Terni pizza, the pizzas were well seasoned and with the amazing Agerola mozzarella. I would prefer if they also made wholemeal pizza and also had lactose-free mozzarella (luckily I had the lactase tablets so I was able to taste it). We didn't understand why desserts weren't on the menu and had to ask the waitress. Nice but not very attentive waitresses, there was some misunderstanding as my husband had asked to add sausage to his pizza and it was not received nor was it understood that I would like more bread when the second one arrived. (I initially said no but then I said "yes, thank you") I would happily go back but only for the pizza (perhaps with grilled vegetables) remembering to bring lactase tablets. I would have liked to find someone at the entrance to welcome us to show us where to go, initially we were a bit confused, we asked the pizza chef, then I read in the reviews that there is a cave that you can visit... this doesn't suit us wasn't even said. Maybe we ended up on a day with too many people and the staff wasn't prepared (we also only booked 1 hour before).

Beautiful place, a real and unexpected discovery. Excellent food, expertly cooked. My partner and I went and had pappardelle with wild boar and very good ones with deer ragout, we then moved on to the second courses with sliced ​​meat with lard and kebabs, everything was fabulous. The owners who manage the kitchen and dining room they are a very nice couple, very easy going, empathetic and they are the last gem of this discovery. In short, one of those places that when you discover them you make them yours and you never abandon them!

Accogliente e cibo buono. Abbiamo preso antipasti e primi. Tutto molto buono, sapori autentici e genuini. Servizio perfetto. Torneremo presto per la pizza!!!
