Everything was top notch from the service to the food...the professionalism and courtesy of the two guys were truly top notch. The food was fabulous and genuine.

Posto molto caratteristico e accogliente, particolare la grotta resa affascinante dalla spiegazione della proprietaria che prima di Cinecittà fu un set cinematografico! Cibo di qualità e ben presentato . Ci era stato consigliato da gente del posto e siamo rimaste entusiaste . Prezzi buoni ma soprattutto perché si mangia proprio bene. Anche il servizio è stato veloce, disponibile e simpatica la proprietaria che nonostante l orario ci ha dato pranzo .Le porzioni sono generose perché noi eravamo sazie e abbiamo preso : un antipasto con salumi, formaggi e crostoni toscani, come primo ci siamo divise Pici col ragù e una zuppa favolosa, per secondo una succulenta tagliata e per finire 2 rinfrescanti sorbetti al frutto della passione.

I've been there twice, what can I say, typical Tuscan cuisine even if a little revisited in a slightly sophisticated way... I can only say that the dishes offered are excellent, the portions are right and there is always a change of courses on the menu. absolutely recommended

A particular restaurant in the historic center of Pisa seems to be in a cave, in short nomen omen. The staff is kind and attentive, The food was excellent. The cost appropriate to the quality.

Fantastic place for true local food! A little off the beaten path…exactly what we were looking for. Had a question about one of the dishes, and the chef came out and spent 5+ minutes talking to us about how he does things.

10/06/2025: The interior garden dining area is very nice. The food is good....smaller portions and some was just ok. The servers are kind. Not the best meal we had in Pisa.
10/06/2025: Osteria i Santi, even though it was late in the evening they waited for us, the service was very hospitable and fast, the quality of the food was excellent, the price was more affordable than the prices in Pisa.
