We went to eat here with my family, and I have to say it was a wonderful discovery. The place is cute and rustic, and the staff are incredibly friendly. We had sirloin steak (divine), and pumpkin and gorgonzola gnocchi, which were exceptional. We were very satisfied.

I've been hearing great things about this place for a while, and I have to say they lived up to and exceeded my expectations.
The food was impeccable, and the staff was extremely kind and polite.
The place is truly iconic and is perfect for both an intimate setting and a sociable gathering.
I'll definitely be back.

An enchanting evening, starting with the evocative location nestled in the cave. The menu was delicious and the meat was spectacular. The attentive and friendly service was excellent. A gem in the city center.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and it was simply perfect. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, with a refined setting that immediately puts you in the right frame of mind to enjoy your meal. The service is attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable.
I opted for the risotto, and it was a true revelation: wonderfully creamy, perfectly seasoned, with high-quality ingredients that blend together beautifully. Every bite was a delight, and you can feel the care that goes into the preparation and presentation of the dishes.
In short, it's a place where you feel comfortable, where you savor every dish, and where you want to return to discover other specialties. An address I highly recommend for a refined and memorable meal!

I discovered this restaurant as a university student, and since then I've been going there every time I return to Pisa. Over time, it has evolved from a student bar to a more refined restaurant, but it still retains its charm. The food has evolved, but it's still excellent and always rooted in local cuisine. I've been coming back for years, and it never disappoints. Excellent service. Excellent location in the heart of the historic center.

A magnificent experience, from the food to the service. A charming place. The dishes were very good and unique, with flavors that both I and my family enjoyed. The service was wonderful, the waiter was kind and helpful, and, above all, always smiling—a quality I really appreciate for making the entire experience more enjoyable. Prices were in line with the city and reasonable for the delicacies we ate. I will definitely be back.
