I've been there twice, what can I say, typical Tuscan cuisine even if a little revisited in a slightly sophisticated way... I can only say that the dishes offered are excellent, the portions are right and there is always a change of courses on the menu. absolutely recommended

A particular restaurant in the historic center of Pisa seems to be in a cave, in short nomen omen. The staff is kind and attentive, The food was excellent. The cost appropriate to the quality.

Fantastic place for true local food! A little off the beaten path…exactly what we were looking for. Had a question about one of the dishes, and the chef came out and spent 5+ minutes talking to us about how he does things.

Truly a five star restaurant. The quality of the products is excellent, the menu proposal is varied and original. Extremely attentive and friendly service. Excellent value for money. Cozy and characteristic environment. Only downside: several wines on the list were not available

Io e mio marito in visita a Pisa ci siamo fermati in questo ottimo e caratteristico ristorante, attratti dalle belle recensioni siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti. Atmosfera accogliente e avvolgente. Personale cordiale. Posto molto pulito. Ottime tempistiche tra una portata e l'altra. Cibo di qualità cucinato in maniera sublime, il giusto connubio tra tradizione e innovazione. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Lo consiglio vivamente, adatto per qualsiasi occasione, sicuramente ci torneremo portando degli amici.

28/04/2025: Location rustica ma elegante, i piatti erano davvero buoni e abbastanza vari. Un plauso particolare al cinghiale con le polentine, davvero buono.
30/03/2025: Locale molto bello, tenuto come si deve, proprietario veramente gentile e cordiale, ambiente molto soft si parla benissimo sottovoce con una gradevole musica di sottofondo, cibo veramente buono e porzioni generose, la gentilezza del proprietario è andata ben oltre quando gli ho detto che per mio errore non avevo prenotato con the fork e lui cmq mi ha applicato uno sconto... non è da tutti, esperienza da ripetere magari di giorno per apprezzare tutto il locale compresa la sua veranda e il giardino. Bravi e di nuovo grazie pwr l'accoglienza.
