The fixed menu is not a limitation, but a confident invitation to let yourself be guided: you sit down and begin a journey through intense, true flavors, those that taste of earth, fire, tradition. The meat? A mystical experience. Juicy and tasty guinea fowl, succulent hamburgers and bombette that melt in your mouth, wrapped in a scent that stays in your heart. The wine is already there, at the center of the table, like in the homes of the past: no formality, just the sincere pleasure of being together. The environment is simple, but warm and authentic.
