For us who live in Pragelato, Il lupo e la greppia has now become a point of reference. Not only for special occasions but also for a quiet family dinner.
The restaurant is a real gem, in an enchanting mountain hut style, and perfectly immersed in the Alpine landscape.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, made even more suggestive by the new outdoor terrace, ideal for enjoying the beauty of the surrounding panorama while sipping an aperitif.
And then the food... truly exceptional! Each dish is prepared with care and passion, enhancing the authentic flavors of the local cuisine. You absolutely have to try the gnocchi, plin and filet!
A big round of applause also goes to the owner and the staff, their warm welcome is the added value that makes every visit special!

When quality and passion meet, masterpieces like this restaurant are born, very characteristic for its stone structure, creating a characteristic and welcoming environment, which knows how to pamper without being pretentious. we arrived at the place recommended to us by a friend of ours. we had booked for dinner and there were two of us, as soon as we sat down the friendly and nice owner immediately arrived to explain the history of the place and the best dishes, after which we started eating. they were simple but fantastic dishes, with a crazy mix of flavours.
the environment was welcoming and the waitress very nice and kind. we ate excellent meat dishes and finally an excellent eggnog.
I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy an evening with friends and eat excellent typical dishes.
we liked it so much that we booked for the next day too.
the price for the dishes they served was excellent, less than what we expected for the quality.

We went by pure chance to this beautiful and characteristic restaurant which is located in an old stable. As soon as you cross the door you are immersed in a warm and welcoming atmosphere surrounded by a beautiful lit fireplace. The gastronomic journey was even more exciting, local and quality products, everything truly excellent from starters to desserts. Applause to the owner who with passion and hospitality makes you feel at home.
We will definitely be back!

Sicuramente è un locale molto particolare e curato sia nell'arredo che nella mise en place. Buona qualità di materie prime nel menu, però porzioni troppo scarse : ho dovuto chiedere un rinforzo di polenta : quella proposta è solo una fetta rotonda scaldata di 2 centimetri di altezza, secondo me troppo poco per un locale in montagna che, volendo essere chic, si dimentica che la gente ci va per mangiare e non solo per pagare, tra l'altro non poco.

Che meraviglia…… locale trasformato, caminetto accesso….. musica 🔝in sottofondo……. nuovi arredi, tipici, ma eleganti…… servizi igienici interni e non più esterni……gestione totalmente diversa da quella precedente. Un livello decisamente più alto.
Siamo assidui frequentatori della Val Troncea che ultimamente annovera ottimi ristoranti, ma la nuova Greppia è veramente tanta roba.
Io e la mia compagna, abbiamo cenato domenica sera dopo 1 anno dall’ultima volta ma con la gestione precedente.
Sandro, il nuovo titolare, persona per bene, appassionato del suo lavoro ha fatto di tutto per farci stare bene.
Mangiato benissimo, rane ottime….. bevuto benissimo, con un conto assolutamente proporzionato. Anche il personale assolutamente gentile e garbato.
Credo che questo locale avrà molto successo.
Raclette e pierrade solo su prenotazione.
