In una vecchia borgata di Pragelato, La Plagn,si trova questo splendido locale. In un cortile, che in estate viene usato per gradevoli aperitivi, l'arredo ci ha affascinato da subito. Legno e pietra, calore e fascino, una giusta atmosfera. Per quanto abbiamo gustato con piacere, la cucina ci ha dato modo di apprezzare i giusti sapori proposti nel menù. Una varietà equilibrata, con una materia prima ottima e con qualche proposta fuori menù. Il servizio è impeccabile, il titolare ci guida nel percorso gastronomico e il suo personale è pronto e disponibile a soddisfare le richieste. Ottimo il vino. È stato un piacere e ne vale sicuramente la sosta. Proveremo le proposte estive,non ne vediamo l'ora.
