La Grande Gioia In Mondaino

My favourite pizzeria in the area. The pizzas are delicious, and the gelato is absolutely divine. You can eat there, as they have seating inside, outside and at the back, which looks up at the castle. They are also a takeaway, though at the weekend I'd recommend ringing in your order as it gets very busy in the evenings. Graziano has been making pizza and gelato for the last 50 years for the locals. I would highly recommend either for lunch or dinner.

For the past five years we have been coming to Mondaino for a few days when passing through and eating our pizza there every evening. Large selection, super tasty, the ice cream there is also delicious and all the employees are charming across the board. We feel really welcome there and can only recommend the place to everyone. Delicious pizza cooked to perfection with lots of seasoning. You can choose many qualities of pizza in many delicious combinations, from classic to special. The service is very, very fast and very informal (plastic cutlery and compostable saucers, pizzas served on pizza boxes). Small place but you can sit comfortably. Very competitive prices and with the possibility of different pizza menus with chips and drinks.
