If you want typical cuisine with fried fish, shank, ribs, Milanese...... in generous portions at fair prices, in a context that smells of the past next to a world-famous Abbey; then you have found the right place.

Prices a bit high in my opinion, but food (cold cuts to improve), location, quality and quantity are not up for discussion. I don't know much about wine (I drink it), and it was good.

Family lunch for a day trip. Very friendly staff, great service. Delicious food, great value for money, recommended experience! We ate outside with our dog who was welcomed, pet friendly place ♥️. Clean restrooms.

Ci eravamo stati a cena,oggi siamo tornati per pranzo,il servizio cordiale e veloce. Abbiamo ordinato un tagliere(sia il crudo che la giardiniera ottimi!)due tagliate con contorno ( la carne non era molto tenera,passabile,nn la riprenderei!)mentre il risotto con ossobuco veramente buono!Ci torneremo quando saremo in zona,il conto adeguato.

14/06/2025: I had a takeaway pizza with just eat Fast, courteous, pizza arrived piping hot, the delivery was courteous, friendly and polite. In Milan to eat real Neapolitan pizza...a real treat 10 stars
13/06/2025: Very good pizza and reasonably priced, friendly, nice and very welcoming staff. They offered us a glass of white wine as an aperitif and also a small glass of meloncello at the end of the dinner. Frequented by people from the area and I also seemed to recognize many Neapolitans.. so I would say appreciated by experts.

11/04/2025: It was a wonderful surprise. Bar tobacconist on Via Novara in Bareggio, reveals its surprises inside. Four friends of us visited this place for lunch (among other things, the business dates back to 1916: lots of stuff), following the recommendation of other friends. Under the pergola, next to a well-kept garden, good and well-cooked food, very honest price (first course, second course, side dish, dessert, water, wine and coffee €20!!!): it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. Quick service, friendly owners with a smile: I think you couldn't ask for more. 5 stars deserved
