Very good ice cream, truly artisanal made with raw materials

Living in a completely different part of Rome, I took advantage of a Sunday in August to come and visit this famous ice cream shop (without getting stuck in traffic). What can I say, the ice cream is excellent! Very particular and refined tastes. Why only 4 stars? For 2 reasons. The first is the price. 30 euros per kg. Real madness! Not justified either by the area or by the type of ice cream (in the city I found other excellent natural ice cream shops that sell their product for 24 euros per kg! 6 euros difference is an enormity!) the second point concerns the display of flavors . In my opinion it is totally chaotic, written in small print (and the dual language, Italian / English doesn't help). Furthermore (point 2 bis!) the shop is tiny and anyone who buys a cup of ice cream doesn't know where to eat it. A couple of tables outside would be useful. Ps: the girl who served me is particularly charming, but this is just a side note.

Discovered by chance, that is, after careful evaluation of the reviews, I go with that mixture of spirit of curiosity and risk, hopefully, a prelude to a satisfying experience and I must say that all expectations have been repaid by an ice cream that I consider for quality and flavor one of the best eaten in Rome. The place is very small, you can only buy cups or trays and leave. Courteous, impeccable owners, while recently I noticed a wonderful girl behind the counter, as serious as she was kind. It would be worth going just to pay homage to its beauty. Shocked!

Exquisite and creamy artisanal ice cream, with truly interesting and delicious gourmand flavours. The area is quiet, the staff is friendly and... well, if you pass by here, you have to try this ice cream shop!

Completely anonymous and small shop. If they hadn't taken me there I would never have entered. But inside there is spectacular ice cream. The only ice cream that really tastes like the flavors indicated.

Truly the best ice cream in Rome! The flavours are so beautiful and original, as well as seasonal. The gelato is made with goat milk from a special farm in Lazio… and plenty of vegan options too which are equally good. So much love attention to detail and consideration has gone into this gelateria.

Gelato buono, gusti vari e ricercati, ottima la crema al mandarino e quella mela e cannella, buonissimo il pistacchio Tutti i gusti crème e frutta sono eccezionali Unica pecca la quantità e il prezzo che ci sta pure se usate materie prime di qualità ma un cucchiaio in più di gelato vi fa fare solo bella figura e ci si ritorna più volentieri, meditate gelatai!
