Last year (August 2024) we met, thanks to friends and relatives, the "Osteria da Silvano" restaurant, what can I say? It was a pleasant surprise: the restaurant located on Viale Cristoforo Colombo (Margherita di Savoia) a stone's throw from the sea offers the opportunity to dine outdoors. The menu offers many delicacies: from raw fish, to first courses, from second courses to desserts with very fresh, quality products and combinations of unique smells and flavours!!!!. Each dish, among those chosen, was appreciated for the care in preparation and the abundant quantities
Excellent quality/price ratio.

Lo scorso Agosto 2024 grazie ad amici e parenti abbiamo conosciuto il Ristorante " Osteria da Silvano" Lungomare C.Colombo N° 52 Margherita di Savoia ( BT)
Che dire ? E' stata una piacevole sorpresa: il locale offre l'opportunità di cenare all'aperto proprio a due passi dal mare ; il Menù propone tante prelibatezze : dal crudo di pesce , ai primi, dai secondi al dessert con prodotti freschissimi di qualità e accostamenti di odori e sapori unici !!! Ogni piatto, tra quelli scelti , é stato apprezzato per la cura nella preparazione e per le abbondanti quantità . Il personale gentile e professionale.
Ottimo il rapporto tra qualità /prezzo. Ritorneremo sicuramente questa Estate. Super consigliato .!!!!

To say the least...Spectacular! I would stop here, but I want to underline the positive experience as always. We often return to Silvano for dinners, lunches with friends or family occasions. What can I say... It's now a guarantee for us. All truly exceptional. Excellent quality/price ratio. Impeccable service. Professionalism and friendliness. Restaurant dedicated to local seafood delicacies presented in delicate mise en place. Generous portions expertly prepared. Very courteous and professional staff. Nice and cozy environment, unfortunately crowded with too noisy patrons (the management of the place is logically free from fault). Fair food and drink prices. Very recommended for families and couples. Score 9 1/2
