05/11/2025: The food was excellent, exceeding expectations, with plenty of choice and good rotation despite the rush hour. But above all, all the girls from the counter to the cashier at the bar were smiling and "affectionate" (in a professional sense, of course) both with me and with the people in front of me, so I got the impression that this is exactly the standard of service. The staff was quick and welcoming, and even the way they interacted with each other made it seem like a close-knit team—truly excellent! L
