La Giostra In Cervia

It's been a long time since we returned to the carousel, the gastronomic level has remained high, with refined and curious dishes. I liked the chicken appetizer on couscous with pears and cinnamon, perhaps a little dry. The off-menu fried calamari was appreciated. The mini babas are very drowned in the wet.

Beautiful experience! Perfect service, excellent food, nice location and really interesting menu. We divided the first courses which were served to us individually plated without us having to ask for anything, the whole service was carried out with great attention and at the same time with kindness. We will definitely be back and I truly recommend it to everyone!

A hidden but delicate place. In summer it extends in front of the lake. Excellent and punctual service. Very interesting cuisine. We are happy to return

Very nice and elegant restaurant overlooking a Cervia salt pan. Very friendly staff and excellent food. They make dishes with particular combinations that create curiosity. Cappelletti with coconut milk stew, fried carousel and pici cacio pepe and raw tuna, delicious!!

You really deserve this review, even if it's a little late. I've been to Giostra several times, and I've always had a great meal (in addition to the place, which in my opinion is really beautiful). The treatment we received the last time we went however was breathtaking. It was shortly after mid-August, a very crowded evening. We are in a very peripheral table for two. We order, and a few minutes later another couple sits at the table next to us. They order too. The starters arrive together. But then the first ones from the other couple arrive, while for us nothing. Now, given the amount of people present that evening, we don't get upset in the slightest and wait. After about forty minutes, the man who had served us realizes the mistake. He apologizes to us several times (we actually tell him that there is no problem, we understand the busy evening), and does his utmost to get everything to us immediately. Result: our second courses arrive instantly, and then, as soon as they are finished, the desserts. When it's time to go to pay, he greets us with: "This is on us, have a nice evening!". All this, I repeat, without either of us having protested in the slightest, on the contrary, we had repeatedly underlined that we understood the times and the evening. I think that such kind treatment, in an era where it is very easy to be arrogant or rude, is something very beautiful and rare. I would give more than five stars if I could. Thanks again, really!
