The food was really good, we had the pici alla Ghiotta and the roasted chicken, both of which were delicious. And for a very reasonable price!

I used to frequent this rotisserie/restaurant in the mid-90s. I return after almost 20 years and find the food always good and genuine.
Perhaps slightly expensive with the prices, but since it is a place located in an important street in Florence, a place where tourists pass through and very frequented by the Florentines themselves, the prices are reasonable. In any case the staff is very competent, attentive and kind.

Simple and homely, almost a place from another era, it is one of my favorites in the center of Florence.
Very tasty dishes, both the meat and the fish and the first courses are good, classic in style and with good prices, therefore excellent value for money!
In summary, if you love simple and substantial places, this is absolutely recommendable!

We came across it by chance, being afraid of tourist traps, we were not disappointed!! We arrived late and were still well served.
The food is very good, a little salty but that didn't bother us personally.
Friendly room, full of Italian customers (that's a pleasure).
The servers are very friendly and smiling.
Affordable prices, I recommend.
