We moved away from the city center to find more traditional restaurants. We were not disappointed. Warm welcome. Generous and good dishes

It was recommended to me by a market stall holder who had a clothing stall nearby, I must say that the value for money is unquestionable. Excellent professionalism and good food! They are also very fast

Ristorante "spartano" accanto alla pittoresca piazza di S. Ambrogio con piatti tipici della cucina toscana. Per un pranzo tra amici è veramente il massimo. Servizio cortese, piatti buoni e prezzi onesti.

Spaghetti alla carrettiera very good, spicy and al dente. Environment frequented by locals, not tourists. Quick lunch, also ready meals and takeaway.

A lot of locals eat here… The food is simple, well-sourced and nicely cooked. There are some Tuscan dishes too. 🍝 The seafood & meat are a highlight. The pizzas are thin based with lightly salted & seasoned crusts… 🙂 My Italian is awful but the servers spoke good English and were very accommodating. 😎 The house red went down very easily… 🍷 It can be busy in the evenings during or just before the weekend so you may want to book ahead or have a drink whilst you wait for a table… 😁 It may look more like a cafe than a restaurant but don’t let that deceive you! I enjoyed my meals there due to less pretentiousness… 🤓

Una scoperta inattesa:cenare bene nel centro di Firenze senza dover vendere un rene per pagare il conto! Eravamo anche in parecchi e nessuno è rimasto poco contento, anzi! Porzioni abbondanti,cibo ben cucinato, con buon rapporto costo/qualità. Difetti:attesa troppo lunga per alcuni piatti e il locale non certo invitante

06/01/2025: Locale ideale per chiudere una serata in compagnia. Questo è un avamposto veneto in quel di Firenze, cosa piuttosto inusuale anche perché, se non si fa caso al nome, non ce se ne rende conto se non una volta all'interno, quando carta alla mano, si esamina il menu. Il locale internamente è molto accogliente, piccolo e pulito, e offre una vasta gamma di liquori e amari, oltre che di birre e affini. Una valida opportunità.
04/01/2025: Nice place to have a Venetian bacaro style aperitif. Nice atmosphere and excellent everything.
