Generous portions... and the ghibla grows! 🍖 The menu is a true paradise for hardcore carnivores. If you're vegetarian, you can get by with the excellent side dishes, or, a tip, call ahead: they're happy to accommodate your needs upon request. Recommended for those who are very hungry!

Excellent traditional Trieste and Istrian-Venetian cuisine, plenty of seating both inside and outside under a beautiful kiwi pergola, daily specials, and a grill. The owner welcomes you into a family atmosphere and makes you feel at home. Ample parking, even for trucks. I had a really good time.

Very friendly, outdoor pergola, indoor and outdoor seating, good food, one of the very few places in the area open on Sundays (perhaps the only one). Excellent. Reservations recommended but not essential.

Excellent food, both fish and meat. Easy parking. But the friendly waitresses make you spend your lunch hour with a smile... and that's not a given these days. Definitely worth returning.

ALWAYS KIND, BOTH THE FOOD AND THE DRINK CHOICE ARE EXCELLENT. I'D BE GLAD TO GO THERE IF I HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY. IT'S A QUIET, QUIET PLACE NOT FAR FROM WHERE I LIVE. VALMLMAURA IS JUST A STONE'S THROW. THE STADIUM AND SURROUNDING AREA. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND CLEANLINESS.

BIVIUM Alternative BAR & FOOD

08/10/2025: I highly recommend Bivium Bar & Food! The food is excellent, with tasty dishes and always fresh and well-filled sandwiches/toasts. Service is incredibly fast: perfect for both a quick lunch break and an aperitif. The staff is always friendly and smiling, and the owner is truly charming and welcoming. I'll definitely be back!

05/04/2026: We had lunch today, nice place, fast service, highly recommended for the very good food, fair bill.... I had a small inconvenience with my fish, they were nice and remade the plate and also offered coffees at the end, what can I say, compliments...
04/04/2026: The food is good and tasty, with good options. There isn't much choice for celiacs, but the polenta with stewed cuttlefish is good, as is the Pep's appetizer. The service is very efficient, and the woman serving is truly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The atmosphere is nice and welcoming.
