12/02/2026: February 12, 2026, dinner with my wife and I... we ordered two supplì "al telefono," a piazza capricciosa and one with anchovies and zucchini flowers. Everything was truly excellent, and I say this as a Roman. To top it all, we were "taken care of" by Samira in a truly impeccable manner.
01/02/2026: Very elegant and welcoming atmosphere. The pizza dough is leavened for 48 hours, making it very light and easy to digest. We tried the kamut flour dough and the charcoal dough. Both were very light, with the charcoal one being the lightest. The charcoal pizza with chicory, bacon, and fontina was very good, though there was a little bacon. The kamut pizza Margherita was excellent. We also had a crème brulee, which was excellent; you could taste the lemon and citrus flavors. The coffees were also good and creamy. Price was average: €43.50 for two pizzas (Margherita: €8, chicory and bacon pizza: €13.50, kamut, charcoal, or multi-grain dough: €1.50), a Coke, a bottle of still water, and a crème brulee for two. Excellent experience. Highly recommended.
