Just WOW! Some AMAZING gelato, and INCREDIBLE customer service!!! I could not have had a better time being welcomed by William, and served up that caramel gelato recommendation by Sofia. Both made my time a great time, and their warmth was well needed on one of the coldest days there in Florence ❄️

Be aware: the guy at the counter allows tasting only one gelato flavour per person. If that’s not the one for you, you’ll have to guess the rest. This was a bit disappointing, especially since most other gelato places I visited during my Europe trip were much more flexible with tasting.
I tried the vanilla. The taste was pretty average—it lacked richness and depth. Nothing was wrong with it, but there was also nothing memorable or special about it.
Overall, it’s okay, but I’d recommend coming here only if you can’t find another gelato place nearby

We ordered a three-flavor gelato first, which was delicious, and then ordered another one because we wanted more. This was the seventh gelato we ate at in Florence. We ordered the medium one for €4.50, which was €0.50 cheaper than other places, but the size was also much smaller.
As for the flavors, the Earl Grey and Oolong flavors were really delicious. We also tried the yogurt, whiskey cream, dark chocolate, and pistachio flavors, all of which were good. Five stars for taste!
This was the only place where the biscuits didn't contain ice cream; you only tasted the biscuit itself. I think this really needs improvement! So I'm deducting one star, making it a four-star shop.

Arguably, the best gelato in Firenze. The chestnut and pistachio flavor are simply out of this world. Two thumbs up!!
