La Gelateria In Parma

It has always been the unrivaled artisanal ice cream shop in Parma, undoubtedly expensive, but there are no stories about the quality of the ice cream...absolutely the best.

This was the best ice cream shop in Parma and still makes excellent ice cream, unfortunately after my family has been buying ice cream there for 46 years and my mother knew the owner today one of the ladies behind the counter was rude for no reason. I tried to explain what I was asking but she didn't want to listen to me, she just wanted to be right. And I came home with a cup of filled ice cream in which, as I had told her, I didn't find the cream filled inside and the other cup which surprisingly was empty: there was an ice cream cap and underneath it was completely empty. And therefore I can only lower my rating also because speaking politely was of no use. I had only asked to take some ice cream at the top where there was more filling and he attacked me by stating that there was the same filling inside and instead the ice cream at home was without anything. I would like to tell the lady that even if she were right and found that it was my preference, if there was no difference, why not settle for it? What reason was there not to give me what I asked for? It was a big disappointment considering we also go there a couple of times a week. And that we live next door. Very annoying. Best regards to the owner who I knew if she still exists.

To my taste, the ice cream is the best in Parma.
