Finora la migliore cacio e pepe di Roma, con pasta fatta al momento. Uno dei pochi posti dove pasta, carne e pizza sono tutti ad alti livelli. Prenotazione fortemente consigliata.

Location buona, vicino al raccordo con buona disponibilità di parcheggio. Appena si entra, c’è lo spettacolo di una signora che fa la pasta a mano, sicuramente un bel vedere. Menu quindi con molte proposte di pasta fresca con le specialità romane e altre specialità. Come secondi , per pranzo non c’è la possibilità né della brace (sì la griglia) né della pizza . Ho scelto una bruschetta melanzana e stracchino che non mi ha fatto impazzire. Sicuramente molto meglio il tonnarello (appena fatto dalla signora all’ingresso) alla carbonara. Prezzi giusti e personale gentile
