I returned to this place after almost 50 years.
It's probably changed management many times, but I'm happy to say that the cuisine has remained the same simple, rustic, and authentic one it was many years ago.

Excellent Grill Restaurant
There were two of us, and we had a great time.
The service was impeccable; the staff always went around the tables, so we never lacked for anything.
The food is good, especially the meat, cooked to perfection. My Danish with Colonnata lard melted in my mouth, I would have asked for seconds.
The only flaw was the fried food; mine was with mortadella and pistachio. I must say, the ingredients weren't very noticeable, but it was still a good plain supplì.
Anyway, I'll be back to try the pizza, of which there's a huge selection, and while I was waiting outside, I saw a lot of takeout traffic.

I was sitting in front of the emergency exit and the draft under the door made ka ceba a bit difficult, otherwise an excellent place.

A place that welcomes you with a woman rolling out homemade pasta already opens your mind to a choice. I frequent La Gazza because I often work in the area, but I also occasionally pop in on Sundays for lunch. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff are attentive, and the food is excellent. I haven't tried the pizza, which is only available in the evening.

There's nothing to complain about with the food, excellent quality for both the cooked food and the pizza. As for the service, I'd say it's good, but there's room for improvement. The atmosphere is typical of what you'd expect. The price is what you'd expect, not at all excessive, and it leaves the customer completely satisfied. I would recommend it.

Carbonara, 10/10.
Moving on to the rest: the place is really cute and feels like home, with ample parking, the waiters are all extremely friendly, and the beauty of watching the fresh pasta being prepared as soon as you walk in is unparalleled. The only thing that unfortunately didn't convince me was the oil in the cacio e pepe, but that's probably me. Anyway, I've recommended it to everyone and would go back tomorrow.
