Pizzeria Le Streghe is located in the center of Minerbio. Every time I am in the Minerbio area, the Le Strezze pizzeria is a fixed stop. I have known this pizzeria for more than five years now. I can tell you out loud that for me it is the best pizzeria in the area. The pizza is very good with excellent products. I am very happy to have also met the owners, very generous and professional people. I recommend everyone to go.

Osteria la Frasca Bologna

25/06/2025: We had the meat and bread selection (tagliere) with added sides (squacerone cheese, spiced lard, parmesan cheese, arugula, etc.), tortellini in brodo, and the chocolate cake (tenerina) and coffee for dessert and everything was INCREDIBLE! Not only was the tagliere selection heaven on a cutting board, I actually cried eating the tortellini in brodo: for a dish so simple, it was one of the best things I've ever eaten in my life. Perfect all the way around. Our waitress was also very helpful and kind in recommending Bologna-specific things to try. I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough! Update: after coming here in January, I managed to make a special trip to come back just for the tortellini again and it was just as good the second time 🥰
