It was an excellent lunch. Mr. Andrea explained the menu to us before we began, the waitresses described the various dishes served, and finally, the chef explained all the dessert ingredients with extreme precision. Thank you all for the excellent welcome, professionalism, and kindness.

We've become regulars. The owner (Andrea) is not only very knowledgeable (especially about wines), but also very kind. The cuisine is top-notch. Some fusion dishes, others purely local, are always treated with respect. Highly recommended.

An experience to remember (and repeat!) I treated my girlfriend to a 7-course tasting menu... and in the end, I think I treated myself, too. The reservation was made "quickly," but from the moment I arrived, I knew it would be a good choice: impeccable communication, genuine kindness, and everything was confirmed. The dishes? A spectacle. Each one carefully described, and with that exploration of flavor that makes it clear that nothing is improvised here. I expected a continuous explosion of flavors, but instead I found a more refined experience, made of balances, contrasts, and surprising highlights. Some dishes are delicate and balanced, others are true symphonies of flavor. The wine list is extremely comprehensive; no matter which bottle you choose, it's hard to go wrong. I've attached a few photos for completeness, although the truth is that some experiences are poorly described: they must be experienced (and possibly repeated). I'll definitely be back!! P.S. With the same girlfriend, of course!

Upon entering, you can see that a lot of thought has gone into the complete renovation of the restaurant; in fact, it appears very well-kept and amazes with its attention to detail. In the dining room, you are welcomed by Andrea, the true soul of the place, who knows how to entertain and slowly establish a relationship that goes beyond just being a customer and ensures you return because it's a pleasure to share a few nice thoughts and be accompanied by a kitchen that demonstrates care and quality in the dishes they prepare, and that you can't wait to eat, savor, and be transported into the magical world of those who cook with passion and hope to bring you an emotion. La Galleria di Sopra was a real discovery, feeling pampered like at home. An unmistakably unique flavor experience, a true gem here in the Castelli Romani. High-quality, locally sourced products, expertly crafted and prepared dishes, impeccable hospitality and service, and attentive customer service. Nothing is left to chance.
