ambiente raffinato, ma posizione non eccezionale. servizio molto ricercato, con attenta descrizione dei piatti e degli ingredienti ampia scelta dei vini purtroppo le pietanze servite scontano una mancanza di sapore imbarazzante, oltre a porzioni a dir poco minuscole gli accostamenti di sapore ottengono l'effetto di azzerare i gusti e rendere incomprensibili i piatti forse è necessario rivedere qualcosa in cucina prezzi elevati

A well-kept place, it is located in Albano Laziale, which is why we had some difficulty reaching it, given that we left from Rome, but the owners were very kind and always super helpful, despite our delay. We booked the 7-course tasting program with Smart box, with 4 glasses of wine and I must say that everything was excellent. Before starting dinner the chef came to introduce himself and asked us if we would like a meat course or a fish course and if there was something we didn't eat, so he wouldn't put it on our plates. Place with few tables, intimate and we ate in a room where there is no street view, they don't take phones, but in my opinion this further improved the experience, because you can totally immerse yourself. We thank the owners and their collaborators again for the wonderful experience

I went with my wife for lunch. I knew the chef and had already appreciated his cuisine many years ago. Fantastic place. Perfect food and impeccably presented. Truly remarkable 5-course meal. The suggested accompanying wine is among the best I have ever tasted. Really well done! It's really worth a visit, even more than one...

Refined and elegant environment, very attentive and never intrusive staff... refined menu with delicate and innovative flavours... I definitely recommend it.
