Like every time we return to this restaurant, there is always excitement, even though we are now long-time customers. In fact, it has won us over since the beginning of this business. A very refined and very elegant place created in a former 17th-century granary of the Poor Clare nuns and expertly renovated. This restaurant fascinates us as it was one of the first in the Castelli Romani panorama to offer a new, creative cuisine with particular platings that today we would call master chefs, but back then I believe that master chefs did not yet exist. It was a challenge in a place where carbonara, amatriciana, etc. reign, and yet Claudio in the kitchen and Andrea won their personal challenge with tenacity, professionalism and innovation, well done. Recently the restaurant was expanded with a new room, while maintaining the style that has always distinguished them. The menu offers a good choice of meat and fish strictly from the port of Anzio, the wine list satisfies even the most demanding palates. The menu is offered both à la carte and with the option of a 5 or 7-course tasting menu at a decidedly attractive price. The professionalism and courtesy of the entire waiting staff are always attentive and discreet. An evening where the taste buds did "somersaults" - bravo.

An intimate and refined atmosphere, elegant and sincere cuisine, with balanced dishes that demonstrate attention, flavor, and passion for the ingredients. Nothing is excessive, everything is thoughtful. The service is friendly, attentive, and never intrusive. An evening that lingers and makes you want to return. Highly recommended, wholeheartedly.

It was an excellent lunch. Mr. Andrea explained the menu to us before we began, the waitresses described the various dishes served, and finally, the chef explained all the dessert ingredients with extreme precision. Thank you all for the excellent welcome, professionalism, and kindness.

We've become regulars. The owner (Andrea) is not only very knowledgeable (especially about wines), but also very kind. The cuisine is top-notch. Some fusion dishes, others purely local, are always treated with respect. Highly recommended.
