A Piedmontese restaurant just steps from the Mole Antonelliana, offering a homey, quiet, and relaxed atmosphere, complemented by excellent service and fine wine. Highly recommended, especially in winter!

I'm still giving it 4 stars out of trust... unfortunately, the menu doesn't change, or at least there aren't any off-menu items either. The staff is attentive and very kind, just like the owners. This is a historic restaurant with a '70s/'80s style.

We had dinner at this charming restaurant and it was a truly pleasant experience. The atmosphere is pleasantly relaxing, with background music allowing for conversation without shouting, and warm lighting with candles on the table. You immediately feel at home...even better :-) The staff are friendly and attentive, and the traditional Piedmontese food is excellent. I really have nothing to complain about... Definitely recommended, and I hope to return soon.

I haven't been back in almost thirty years. It feels like time has stood still here...it's retained that special old-world atmosphere! Welcoming atmosphere, very friendly staff, and delicious food. Excellent value. Highly recommend.

For me, born and raised in Vanchiglia and having known the Petraz brothers since childhood, dining at Gaia is always like coming home! A classic Piedmontese menu with some delightful twists. The staff is courteous and the atmosphere is priceless. A true gem.
