Excellent restaurant with typical dishes

Lunch on a public holiday. Fast service, excellent dishes. Fabulous gnocchi with fioretta. The desserts are good, the "homemade" flavor is noticeable even if a little too dry. The temperature in the room should be slightly increased. Strategic location for walks. I can't wait to go back

Pranzo di domenica in coppia. Ritorno dopo anni da queste parti e dopo aver imparato a far fondo su questa pista incantevole ed ora ahimè non più attrezzata. Servizio premuroso e atmosfera casalinga ma nel contempo con il giusto tocco di raffinatezza. Avevo preso qualche mese prima un caffè in assoluta solitudine e chiacchierato col titolare e pertanto mi ero ripromesso di ritornarci. Occasione che ho colto alla prima abbondante nevicata. Un primo delizioso di gnocchi alla fioretta( ma era sufficienti per due….) 2 secondi 3 piccoli contorni 1 dolce fatto in casa e 3 bicchieri di vino alla carta. Oltre caffè corretto. 60 eur in 2. Sarà che sono abituato a prezzi folli a Milano con qualità ben lontana da questo piccolo paradiso. Bravi e professionali. Complimenti.Aldo

Good tasty dishes, portions not too large for when you return from a nice walk in the cold... a slightly confusing environment at the weekend but the staff is friendly and quick, a good experience to repeat.

When we come to this wonderful plateau, whether it is autumn, summer or winter, La Gabiola is always an obligatory stop. The food is very good, with traditional and refined dishes. Nicola and Luisa are always very helpful and welcoming. Our 4-legged friends are welcome. On weekends I recommend booking, they usually have two shifts.
