I've been going there for years....having my house nearby....today I'm sorry but the environment is cold...not very pleasant to eat in the cold....the food is good.....and the waiters are kind!!!

La Gabiola is a historic, welcoming, and scenic spot. Menus always embrace tradition and quality. The ingredients (from the fioretta for the gnocchi to the meat sauces) are well-crafted, and the quantity is satisfying. The food is excellent, with a perfect quality/price ratio! Bravo!

It's not much from the outside... but once inside, the warmth of the stoves and the decor transport you to a fairytale mountain place... the service and quality are superb🤤, from the tripe to the gnocchi alla fioretta and the delicious homemade cakes.
Excellent value for money.
Well done, we'll definitely be back.

I only had a special porchetta sandwich at the kiosk next door. It was truly excellent. The price was clearly displayed and the staff were very friendly. The portable toilet next door was a bit sad.

Quick stop for coffee, friendly staff, rustic and clean place.
We saw some interesting dishes pass by 😋 You need to book to eat. Yesterday, Sunday, it was very crowded. I didn't think the path of the large trees that starts from the La Gabiola restaurant would be so popular, after taking a walk through the woods and leaving the car in Pizzegoro. However, if the road is open, you can drive all the way to La Gabiola.

A lovely mountain restaurant in Recoaro, on the Strada dei Grandi Alberi. A pleasant interior, a good selection on the menu, and above all, everything was delicious!
I recommend the fioretta gnocchi, a Recoaro specialty, which all four of us ate. We then ordered three different main courses and side dishes and were very satisfied.
The service was as good as the food.
