A family atmosphere. It's a shame it's too small; but it's worth it with the excellent pizza, soft dough, excellent
and easy to digest.

Recommended pizzeria if you're visiting Monterotondo. The traditional Roman pizza is very good and well-topped, and the restaurant's variety of cuisine is excellent. The desserts are average. The service is fast and friendly. The only small flaw is the lack of space in the dining room. I've dined next to the ones next door several times, and the outdoor dining room also has the same problem due to the front door. The price is average for local pizzerias.

I've been to La Fucina several times, and it's always a guaranteed success. The pizza is excellent, but what really surprised me were the new dishes. We tried the fabulous crostone with truffle cream and egg, the first courses (gnocchi with radicchio and capers, what a spaghetti), both cooked to perfection and well-seasoned, and the wok chicken, which I loved. The marinara pizza in the center of the table is a must-have, to share. We also loved the desserts, especially the deconstructed millefeuille.
The service is quick and courteous, and Benedetta is always delightful.
