Si chiama Fraschetta ma una volta letto il menù e provato alcune pietanze ci si rende subito conto che la qualità e la ricercatezza del cibo offerto è decisamente da ristorante. Una nota di merito va assolutamente assegnata allo Chef, ogni piatto esprime sapori di alto livello così come la presentazione. Servizio cordiale e attento a "raccontare" ogni piatto ordinato, compresa la provenienza delle materie prime. Focaccia superlativa, il pane sciapo(sicuramente di qualità) a mio avviso stride con i prodotti offerti. Menù Siciliano eccellente, e idem gli antipasti della tradizione romana, salumi e formaggi speciali. Astroparmigiana una delizia per le papille gustative.Dolci buonissimi. Costo adeguato e giusto. Unico consiglio che mi permetto di suggerire è: fare un insegna visibile e mettere un sottofondo musicale di tipo lounge/jazz. Il giardino è meraviglioso e all'interno c è un ottima insonorizzazione. Complimenti a Rod, l'amico a 4 zampe che è di un educazione unica. Continuate così... Tornerò sicuramente presto.

A great experience for a business trip. The chef is Sicilian (yes I know, we are in Rome) but the proposals are revisited and interesting. High quality and fairly balanced prices. The service is extremely punctual and kind with plenty of description of the dishes which conveys the care they take.
I had a caponata of swordfish and courgettes, a fifth quarter and a tartar with paccasassi, wine and water. I spent 66 euros

We stopped for lunch on Sunday, captured by the atmosphere which proved to be truly pleasant. The exterior with pergola is really beautiful, and very well looked after.
The menu presents itself as a revisited traditional cuisine, where all the classics of Roman cuisine find a new look with great attention to the raw material. Accuracy in the description of the dishes should also include any additions of pecorino to the pasta, which cannot be taken for granted.
We ordered the trio of fried foods, which we were very happy with, here the innovation actually comes in the combination of some particular sauce, but Roman authenticity reigns supreme. We continued with a little guitar with Vaccinara sauce (with pine nuts and a grating of dark chocolate) and the usual ravioli. The spaghetti was a nice generous portion and well executed, it just lacked a really strong flavor that I would have expected from a dish like this. The portion of ravioli (4) was really minimal.
Despite this we preferred to continue with a side dish and chose the fennel and orange salad with anchovies. A simple side dish, enriched by anchovies but in which all the ingredients did not really feel blended.
Overall it was a good lunch, the price is not low, but justified by the use of quality raw materials, a little less on some portions.
Really courteous and helpful staff, even when choosing wines I was offered a bottle to open even though I had only ordered one glass. The times were slightly extended, but on Sunday lunch no one wants to rush.
