An experience definitely on the lower side of the rating. Appetizer: cold cuts were pretty tasteless and cut sloppy. the gricia never met its roman counterpart or something similar (do not take it), the lamb was the only positive notes cause also the roasted potatoes were pretty meh (and that’s difficult to mess up). Wine selection awful to say the least. To sum it up a Roman restaurant where Roman pastas are crap. If you can go elsewhere, if you got no chance go for a piece of meat and save your night from disappointment.

Everything was very good, great portions, only complaint was that the pasta was a bit raw but the sauce was excellent.
Exceptional meatballs alla amatriciana.

We were at Freschetta for a communion.. beautiful view from the first floor.. it doesn't seem like you're two minutes from the grancasa.. delicious platter of appetizers and exquisite cacio e pepe! Slightly too al dente the carbonara.. good house wine and coffee.. very helpful staff!

The quality of the food was not good enough. A carbonara that was too sticky and overcooked and a cacio e pepe with too much pepper.
The waiter asked us to "do him a favor" by keeping the cutlery between dishes, which I decide if I may.
No, we are not there. Too bad, because the location, especially outside, is beautiful.

There were 6 of us and we ordered a bit of everything: appetizers, first courses, second courses and desserts. Everything was really delicious! The staff was very polite and the service was quick and efficient. Absolutely recommended.
