We had dinner last night, the waiters were kind and attentive.
I took a rogatone amatriciana and it reflects the original recipe. A half sleeve Lucianone style, good, perhaps too spicy.
As a second lamb with grilled fingers, excellent quality of the lamb, perhaps 2 more minutes of cooking I would have appreciated, good Amatriciana meatballs, nice, soft and appetizing.
The chicory is the only flaw, extremely spicy, completely silly and still raw. But we can ignore it given the goodness of the rest. Good castle wine. Amaro offered by them always Roman, good. We will be back

I recently went to Fraschetta Romana in Sarzana, a place that was recommended to me some time ago, and I had an excellent experience. The location is really beautiful, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The service was fast and attentive, which made the evening even more enjoyable. As for the food, the amatriciana I tasted was excellent, tasty and well prepared. The desserts were also a pleasant surprise, tasty and well presented. I definitely recommend this place for a pleasant and authentic dinner.

Typical Roman fraschetteria where you least expect it, Roman specialties cooked excellently, portions that in Liguria you can only dream of, adequate price, I recommend calibrating your orders or you risk not tasting everything. The cacio e pepe and the matriciana are excellent.

Driven by curiosity we tried this Roman restaurant just outside Sarzana. (6 min drive from the centre, but unreachable on foot).
Pasta carbonara, too much and not too good.
Cheese and pepper the same.
Gricia with artichokes, equally nothing special.
The meatballs are ok, the frozen chicory is really bad.
Equally low quality wine.
However, as a judgment it remains subjective and has great potential as a venue.
Overall it's not bad, we should simply focus on the quality and less on the quantity.

Abundant and well-prepared starters, traditional Roman first courses, second courses not up to par in terms of quantity and value for money (definitely high). Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful location

We came across this restaurant by chance and were pleasantly surprised.
The service is attentive and the guys are available and listening.
The food is excellent, the first courses are served in pans, the wine in little bottles and it seemed very characteristic to us.
The only note that perhaps needs to be reviewed a bit is the fact that the menu is presented on sheets of paper, sometimes discolored or stained (it didn't make a good initial impact).
The quantities of pasta are abundant, so I recommend ordering from time to time.
I recommend this place.
