Small place on the street, very welcoming with fast and friendly service. Simple but genuine cuisine with quality products, good mixed platter, good first and second courses, menu with tasty proposals with the presence of great classics. I also recommend it for the quality/price ratio

My husband and I had lunch here, excellent food, we recommend ravioli stuffed with carbonara with cheese and pepper cream and risotto with pumpkin and liquorice powder with an appetizer of exceptional cured meats and cheeses, and a very vast selection of wines, kindness and excellent service, an experience to be repeated

As usual, everything is perfect, the food is wonderful. Highly recommended

Weekend spent in the village of Vitorchiano. Small but characteristic place. Polite and friendly staff. Equipped for gluten-free. Generous portions. Medium platter with cold cuts, cheeses, one of which with truffle, bruschetta with pepper cream, chickpeas with balsamic vinegar, cannellini beans with truffle, lemon nerves, truffle tortito. Separate gluten-free portion to avoid contamination. need to also have slices of gluten-free bread. Next we ordered a fried caciocavallo with corn flour, stewed radicchio and honey (not possible without gluten). As a first course, a risotto with pumpkin and liquorice powder (very particular flavour), pappardella with wild boar. Then a portion of beef cheek with Barolo and chestnuts. All very well done, tender meat. Well seasoned dishes. Fair price. The only flaw is that they have two shifts, the first from 12pm and the second shift from 2pm. Very small bathroom. If you happen to be in the Vitorchiano area I recommend this place.

Very nice place, located just outside the walls of the historic center of Vitorchiano, 10 minutes from Viterbo. We managed to book just an hour before going there, perhaps very lucky, because the place was full as it was a Sunday. Mouth-watering appetizers, such as the truffle egg, a delight. Really good and special first courses, especially the pumpkin risotto sprinkled with liquorice. The menu offers a wide choice. Polite and calm staff in service, honest prices. The icing on the cake would have been some homemade desserts. A place we will definitely be happy to return to.

Everything was delicious, very good platter, exceptional beer shank and the pappardelle with wild boar ragù was also good. Honest prices. I recommend it 😊

La Tuscia è ricca di posti da visitare e di sapori da scoprire. Poco fuori il borgo medievale di Vitorchiano c'è questo ristorantino che propone zuppe e primi con prodotti del periodo, che abbiamo provato e ci sono piaciuti. Ottimi e particolari gli antipasti, buoni anche i dolci. Stranamente non ci ha entusiasmato il tagliere di salumi e formaggi. Notevole la carta dei vini con un assortimento non comune. Necessaria la prenotazione, prezzi nella media

Locale pulito, tavoli alla giusta distanza, servizio curato e bellissima carta dei vini. Cucina molto buona soprattutto i primi, tagliere molto sfizioso. Non do 5/5 solo perchè in piena stagione mi aspettavo porcini e tartufo freschi e non il prodotto congelato i primi e conservato il secondo che inevitabilmente penalizza il piatto. Ma il posto merita.
