We arrived during the town festival so it was a bit chaotic but honestly the food was average nothing more didn't impress me, kind and helpful staff. The risotto was nothing special the ravioli were good the rest was so-so.
Fraschetta trovata casualmente grazie a Google. Locale accogliente, menù essenziale ma particolare. Servizio cortese. Piatti ben presentati, gustosi e con porzioni soddisfacenti. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono.
Fantastic discovery!!! We looked for a restaurant in Vitorchiano because we were spending a weekend in the area and La fraschetta came out first and it was a fantastic discovery!!! Small but welcoming place, so better to book! Excellent food and wine... special service from Carolina... friendly and very attentive!! The cacio e pepe ravioli with carbonara filling are special... but I would say everything!!! Compliments to all the staff!

Highly recommended!
Found it the first time by chance and returned twice as soon as I had the opportunity!
The menu also contains seasonal dishes. tasted the cavatelli alla vitorchianese, the ravioli alla carbonara, the pork with coffee and truffle, all delicious and fairly priced.

Maybe it was because we happened upon a particular day, May 1st, but rather an ordinary one.
The pappardelle with hare sauce was a little thickened, the cutting board had a slightly wintry selection and the outside temperature didn't help.
The carbonara ravioli with cheese and pepper cream are good.
But overall we weren't thrilled.

Vitorchiano, in addition to being a breathtaking village, has La Fraschetta di Jack which knows how to exalt the palate😋well done. Thank you
If it is great, if it is good and it is good with quality and heart. The carbonara ravioli with cheese and pepper cream are spectacular!

Un buon ristorante buone le proposte dei primi e così dei secondi. Ho preso scialatielli all' amatriciana e cosce di faraona alle prugne e cipolle borettane . Per concludere con crostata di ricotta e castagne e una grappa barricata. Soddisfatto!
