Environment: Borgo Egnazia was built in around 2010, so everything is very studied, there is nothing authentically historical.
Food: I'm not disputing the good quality of the food but it's all quite average, the prices like others are not justified (we spent €250 for 2, the starters are €20, the main courses even reach €90, the wines don't go below €45).
More than one local person told us that locals don't go to eat there, mostly tourists go there, and that's fine.
Service: The service was very good, kind and very attentive.

La Frasca at Borgo Egnazia ofrece una experiencia gastronómica encantadora en un entorno verdaderamente encantador. Esta fue mi segunda visita después de un par de años, y una vez más, el ambiente no decepcionó. La ubicación es simplemente impresionante, añadiendo un toque mágico a la noche. La comida es buena, aunque ligeramente sobreprecio, pero definitivamente estás pagando por el increíble ambiente. El personal es amable y atento, asegurándose de que se sienta bienvenido y bien atendido.

Abbiamo scelto questo meraviglioso ristorante all’interno di Borgo Egnazia…
e ha superato tutte le aspettative!!!
Non è la prima volta, e ogni volta riesce a stupire con la sua cucina strepitosa!!!
Collocato su una terrazza, che affaccia sulla piscina, circondata da caldissime luci che creano un’ambiente da favola, coccolati dalla gentilezza e dalla preparazione del personale…
Assolutamente da provare…per quanto mi riguarda tornerò prestissimo!!!

Overrated. Suggestive place for its atmosphere but after 1 hour of being there you realize that it's all fake and you want to escape. Food with absolutely no flavour: the greasy mixed fried food with sage that tasted like nothing, bowls completely without salt, courgette pie, ditto. The only very good thing is the pasta with meatballs for children. Attentive service and really friendly staff.

A really nice restaurant worthy of the location in which it is located. Delicious food and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The quality/price ratio is extraordinary.
