La Frasca In Fasano

Overrated. Suggestive place for its atmosphere but after 1 hour of being there you realize that it's all fake and you want to escape. Food with absolutely no flavour: the greasy mixed fried food with sage that tasted like nothing, bowls completely without salt, courgette pie, ditto. The only very good thing is the pasta with meatballs for children. Attentive service and really friendly staff.

A really nice restaurant worthy of the location in which it is located. Delicious food and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The quality/price ratio is extraordinary.

Wonderful dining experience. Big thank you to Giusi, Dario, Lorella and Gioia, who were incredible through out the entire dinner. They were all great at recommending dishes, wines, and even explaining them in multiple languages for our table. The tasting menu is a great homage to some of the great local puglia dishes.

Splendid location, attentive staff, disappointing food

Beautiful and everything was delicious, but I would like to say one flaw, the ceramic glasses had a bad smell and when I asked for a change the other one was worse. It was the only flaw. Because everything is extraordinary.

Wonderful dinner! Lovely place like the whole resort, I felt pampered by all the wait staff. All very professional. Compliments also to the chef it was all delicious! I highly recommend this lovely restaurant

Very few places in Italy have the power to excite the senses of the guest who enters Borgo Egnazia. The La Frasca restaurant, located inside the village, does not escape this rule... it seems superfluous to me to add anything else, if you want some emotions to become dynamic, all you have to do is book a meal in this splendid location.

Simply gorgeous. We went to Borgo Egnazia for a Xmas event. We were greeted by the staff with enthusiasm and zeal. The Xmas markets were tastefully decorated. We could eat anywhere and anything we wanted from hot mulled wine to popcorn and focaccia. The location is of the highest standard and so was the atmosphere.
