La frasca In Torino

14/05/2025: Never been to Turin in an AYCE and I tried them all from Borgaro and Chivasso to Burolo. This AYCE is of a different kind, I went there on a Tuesday night but if I have to be picky I didn't really like the octopus balls, you can't look at the order history but only by memory and really too much pepper in the ramen but for the rest every bite was an explosion of flavors and aromas. Let's say a welcoming modern and a bit refined environment that breaks away a bit from their culture, from the slightly greasy fried food and very tasty filling, the shrimp skewers with a very good sauce with some notes of honey and other spices and the salmon with less fat than other restaurants and much more. I was really amazed, very high quality/price ratio, please don't change chef or raw materials over time like everyone does. Congratulations 👏

20/04/2025: Great place to eat! My partner and I went there for lunch. The service is very fast, everything is good and perfect value for money. The environment is also nice and clean. The staff is professional and friendly. I recommend rice noodles, grilled prawns and prawns in pink sauce.
