Great place! High-end cuisine with very interesting experiments. The space is recently renovated but with an antique touch. Very spacious and suitable for groups.

Discovered by chance, we returned with friends because the place, the food, the staff, the owner, in short, ALL deserve our praise. We want more and we will come back.

Where taste meets courtesy A great experience! Booked on the fly on Saturday evening at 7:00 PM for 8:00 PM, and the courtesy was evident from the phone call. When we arrived at the restaurant, they sat us down. We chose a platter of cold cuts and cheeses for an appetizer, and the prosciutto (San Daniele) was the star, sublime. We ordered three first courses: the Cjarsons special, potato gnocchi with very light mushrooms, and calamarata with San Daniele, delicious. For the second course, we ordered the frico and polenta with grilled sausage and grilled mushrooms, very good, a little too peppery for our taste, but both were superb. I ordered two desserts, but for some reason, one of them had a slightly peculiar flavor, but they were super nice and kind and offered to change it right away. We declined because we were so full. As for the bill, I'd say the quality and courtesy of the service were the key. I'd say SUPER HONEST. Congratulations again!!!

I went for lunch for the first time, the atmosphere was beautiful and rustic, the food was very good and the price was reasonable.

An evening to remember. We sat in the garden and savored some first-rate dishes! The ravioli were delicious, but the surprise was the Pluma: tender, flavorful, and succulent, with a side of astonishing vegetables! Kudos to Chef Sergio. All accompanied by attentive and thoughtful service, without being intrusive. Congratulations to Nicoletta and Tiziana! See you soon!

A very refined restaurant. I dined with my family and found the atmosphere elegant and homey. The staff was friendly and helpful. I started with a selection of excellent cheeses and cured meats, Baratto prosciutto, Montasio di Cividale cheese, pancetta, salami, and pork loin fillet—all excellent. I then continued with a splendid, flavorful and delicate Frico with delicious Friulian polenta. A grilled fillet with puree and porcini mushrooms was exceptional; the meat was incredibly tender and perfectly cooked. Finally, a dessert consisting of a mulled wine reduction topped with crumble, vanilla ice cream, custard, and peaches. Delicious. Good value. I will definitely be back.

Abbiamo scelto La Frasca per festeggiare la comunione di nostra figlia, e non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore. L’ambiente è elegante ma accogliente, perfetto per una giornata così speciale. Il personale è stato attento, cordiale e sempre disponibile, riuscendo a gestire tutto con grande professionalità. Il menù che ci hanno proposto era vario e curato nei minimi dettagli, con piatti gustosi e ben presentati, apprezzati sia dagli adulti che dai bambini. Un ringraziamento particolare a Monica, allo chef e al team di sala per aver contribuito a rendere questa giornata indimenticabile. Consigliamo vivamente questo ristorante per chi cerca qualità, servizio e un’atmosfera familiare ma raffinata. Torneremo sicuramente!
