Excellent restaurant where you can enjoy "menestre sparoi" (a type of pork sausage) and polenta concia (a type of polenta cooked in various ways), excellent platters, and very friendly staff. Arriving in Carcoforo and not trying Frangalla is truly unforgivable.

A typical mountain restaurant, all in wood, with a view of the mountains. Excellent and plentiful food, with a wide selection of potentates, miacce, and sparoi. Spotlessly clean, excellent service, fair prices, highly recommended!

Italy should only have places like this! Everything was perfect and in keeping with the setting! We had a delicious traditional snack with the kids, and I'd love to go back for lunch or dinner again!

02/05/2026: We had lunch at the restaurant during our visit to the Sacro Monte. We chose it primarily for its location, but it was definitely a pleasant surprise. The food was truly delicious, with generous and refined dishes. The service was excellent, fast and very professional.
