La Fortezza Alta In Avigliano umbro

I celebrated my 40th birthday here with a group of friends in January. We slept 1 night in the apartments. The location is fantastic, it is in the countryside in tranquility, there is a beautiful panorama all around. The estate is very beautiful, with the fortress in the background and the garden with olive trees around it. The Fienile apartment is really beautiful, with a welcoming living room for everyone and a well-stocked kitchen, there are 2 large windows that let in the light and at the same time allow you to admire the view. We had dinner at the restaurant, the young and talented chef Federico, the dinner was excellent. The waiter father is too strong and nice. The owner and her very helpful collaborators satisfied our every request.

We stayed for a weekend with a group of friends, an enchanting place in the Umbrian countryside, a delightful view, if you want to relax in peace and tranquility it is the ideal place, highly recommended.

Let's start with Francesca and her family, they are kind, caring and welcoming people. Maximum points for the host alone! The place then speaks for itself, go and see the images, the Fortezza Alta is a paradise of history, romance and relaxation. We stayed with a group of friends, Francesca allowed us to make barbecue, we ate outdoors, she also made wood available to us, then there is the swimming pool and the restaurant for meals and breakfast. We also took the guided tour with Francesca to the beautiful Fortezza Alta! We had dinner in the open air with the barbecue on our own but then late at night we wanted desserts, we went to the restaurant and Chef Francesco prepared us espresso tiramisu, cheesecake and gluten-free dessert and we ate it under the stars 🌟 in the fortress park. Highly recommended place! We will be back.❤️

Very beautiful place, where you can relax and spend quiet moments, the indoor swimming pool is a gem. The Host is a super welcoming and very nice girl. Also highly recommended for events such as weddings and parties.
