The dream restaurant! Every tourist dreams, at least once in their life, of going to a medieval place like this, inebriated by the scent of lemon flowers, between the sea and the mountains! The cured meats cut rigorously with a knife allow you to savor the true and genuine taste of the product! Not to mention the first courses, typical and abundant! And then... the piece de resistance... the Meat, with a capital 'C', which when you see it raw you fall in love with it and when they serve it to you it melts in your mouth and smells... it smells of the colors of the green of the fields and the orange of the Sun. And finally, there is him, Pino, the fantastically affable and friendly owner! A round of applause to Him and to the Chef, who out of modesty declares herself 'cook', but they are truly top! P.S. I'm just telling you that I would never have eaten meat cooked 'rare' in my life, even if they had offered me money, I wouldn't have done it today, I would have eaten it with gusto... now that counts!!!

È la seconda volta che ci torno e come la prima è sempre un piacere. Ancora di più aver portato i miei amici a conoscere questo posto. Il proprietario è sempre top come la carne che ci consiglia e il vino.

Siamo felici e contenti di essere stati "Alla Forgia del gusto" trattoria accogliente, il personale simpaticissimo ma soprattutto la qualità del cibo è stata superlativa Torneremo sicuramente al più presto.
