Excellent restaurant, great atmosphere! We were invited to eat there by locals. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are also available. The portion sizes are generous, and the dishes are attractively and appetizingly presented. Highly recommended.

The restaurant is located in a beautiful setting, atop a wooded hill near Rieti. The restaurant and staff are welcoming.
The wait staff, in particular, is always present, extremely kind and helpful. The menu (which includes gluten-free options) is comprehensive and excellently prepared.

I left half an hour ago. More than satisfied. Quiet atmosphere with a panoramic restaurant. Impeccable service. Prices are reasonable for the type of cuisine. Clean bathrooms. Outdoor garden and indoor bar.

Guests at the next-door relais, we dined at La Foresta restaurant, enjoying a four-course tasting dinner with matching wines. The food was excellent: the eggplant meatballs with basil mousse and fresh tomato sauce were delicious, the ravioli with brown sauce and truffle were beautiful and flavorful, the priest's hat pasta with polenta was incredibly tender, and to finish, some delicious profiteroles. The staff was attentive and friendly. The wines were excellent and paired well with the dishes. At sunset, the dining room, with its three-sided windows, offers a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery.
We also sampled the charcuterie platter during a wine tasting at Le Macchie the day before; it was also very good and plentiful!

We stayed in Rieti for four nights and dined here three times (due to its closure on Mondays). The welcome and service were impeccable, with friendly, attentive, and professional service. The dishes were exceptional and of the highest quality (crudités, tagliolini, porcini mushrooms, desserts, and sorbet). The portions were just right. The prices were completely fair. In short, a place we'd definitely like to return to!

Excellent restaurant, with unparalleled professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Local and international ingredients are used, including seafood for those tired of meat-based cuisine. Excellent meat, including a truly remarkable beef fillet. Warm hospitality and an unparalleled wine list in terms of quality and breadth. We've been back several times, not least on Saturday, September 23, 2023. I won't comment, but I'll let the photos do the talking: fresh egg salad, tagliolini with truffles, fried and roasted porcini mushrooms...
