La Forchetta Salentina In Mesagne

Dishes of the most typical local tradition, in particular the grandmother's orecchiette with brasciola and meatballs and the traditional "fava beans and chicory" are excellent. But the rest, mixed between land and sea, also presents itself very well. Attentive, quick and courteous service. Typical restaurant atmosphere with exposed local carparo and barrel vaults. Very calibrated prices. One of the highest quality/price ratios. I have been there many times and plan to return.

We were there on 10/28/2024 on the wedding anniversary, with my husband and my son. They were very kind, the wait wasn't long. The food was delicious and large portions. My son was brought the pizza in the shape of a mouse... spectacular. our pizzas were the bomb, delicious and huge. Really good. We will be back.

Typical restaurant serving Salento cuisine, where it is possible to choose between land and sea dishes, for both children and adults. Satisfactory service for the needs of all diners. We returned after 2 months and had confirmation of the high quality and professionalism. The internal location is of exposed Mesagne carparo which gives the feeling of a medieval place. I recommend it.

Everything is delicious and the portions are right, I recommend the broad bean puree with chicory and octopus pignata not to mention the mixed roast fish and baked potatoes. The whole 45 in two. We will return for sure.

18 people went here on 8 September 2024 for a family lunch and they couldn't have chosen a better place to do it, we had a great time and were served excellently. Even though there were 18 of us, they made us all happy by serving us whatever we asked for, I don't remember the names of the waiters but they were really professional and kind (Thank you guys ❤️). All the food cooked by Chefs Paolo and Maicol needs no comments, all the plates were empty at the end of lunch and this explains it all 👍🏻👍🏻 Price? Everything in line with the quality of the food, a good value for money👍🏻. If next year we have another family lunch we will return to you. Posto molto tranquillo e si mangia benissimo. La pizza è vittima. I piatti sono di una bontà unica. Siamo stati davvero bene.
