Enjoyed our meal at this atmospheric small restaurant. The house red was great as was my bucatini L’ amatriciana. Complementary bread, marinated eggplant and ball of mozzarella. The tiramisu was so good!

Excellent place!! Highly recommended, beautiful, simple, tasty, “abbondante” local cuisine. At the end they give you limoncello and tiramisu. Wow!!

What a magical spot. It was my first experience with traditional Italian cuisine and it set a high bar. The food was simple yet delicious reminescent of home made cooking. Both the service and the atmosphere were so authentic I felt I am dining in old Italian restaurant. I love this place and hope you will find it as amazing as I did.

There was no place in Rome that reflected family, atmospheric and authentic cuisine more than Trattoria La Forchetta d'Oro. We will definitely come back!

I went to this place with my family for a quiet and informal dinner. The environment is very simple and aesthetically beautiful, with writings and memories of all the customers from all over the world.
The food we ordered included the classic Roman specialties (carbonara, cacio e pepe, angera), they were in generous portions, presented on beautiful plates. The food was all very good.
The service was excellent, very attentive and very kind waiter, fast and smooth service. The owner also seemed friendly and interested in treating the customer impeccably.
Overall we had a very good time and will definitely return without any problems in the next few days.

Nous y sommes allés malgré les commentaires lus en français.
Nous avons très bien mangé pour le prix payé. Effectivement il ne nous fait pas tout payer. C’est bon. Et l’accueil ni froid ni chaleureux.
Pâte à pizza fine mais croustillante.
44€ pour une entrée, 3 plats, 2 desserts, les boissons et couverts.

This place is a hidden gem, luckily it was on the street where we stayed but the owner is so sweet , welcomed us with open arms and more so on our second visit. Nothing is too much for them. The food is very reasonably priced and so is the wine. Everything is so authentic. Best cannelloni is Rome, best pizza and pastas. The restaurant is small but atmosphere is amazing, I cannot sing this places praises enough. You will be sorry if you don’t go to eat here.
