La Forchetta In Cavezzo

30/09/2025: It's been a few years since I've been to this place, and I'm so happy to have rediscovered it. I had dinner with colleagues last week, and I have to say we were all pleasantly surprised. Silvio and his staff were fantastic. Everything was perfect. We started with a traditional appetizer: gnocco, crescentine, fried polenta, and mixed cured meats, all top-notch. This was followed by a huge mixed grill, accompanied by baked potatoes and various cooked vegetables. Lambrusco and Sangiovese wines were both excellent. Finally, dessert...the mascarpone wrapped in Fiumalbo brittle is the best! The staff were all very kind and attentive, and the dishes were generous and homemade, from appetizer to dessert. Highly recommended! Ample, private parking. I will definitely be back.

22/09/2025: Always perfect. One of my favorite restaurants in Modena. Maria, the chef, is a kind and adorable girl who cooks traditional dishes and more beautifully. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is generous and homemade, from appetizers to dessert. Highly recommended!
