I come from the Castelli Romani, but I'm from the area and without a shadow of a doubt I must say that you can't eat wild boar at the Source anywhere else. Supreme!

Excellent wild boar... The truffle tagliatelle was drowned in oil (too much) and they added parmesan which covered the truffle a bit; since they also bring it apart from the parmesan, they could avoid putting it directly into the pasta. Very honest prices, I recommend it

We sat as a couple and a 9-year-old girl, we ordered 2 pizzas, a salad, a half liter of wine, a bottle of drink and dessert and it only cost 50 euros. The atmosphere is family and the food is delicious, the waitress was really nice and changed a dish for us because we got confused, even though it's not customary. Highly recommended

Parada en el camino de regreso desde Lago Trassimento. Estaba bastante ocupado cuando llegamos, pero inmediatamente se nos mostró a una mesa.
