4 of us had lunch on Sunday and 11 on Tuesday evening.
On Sunday everything was fine. And I would like to recommend the Tetano skewers with cooked wine. Very good. Also the mixed grill. See photo.
On Tuesday evening in the paccheri allo scoglio 3/4 of the clams were not open and what's more there was a stone on the plate. Obviously it was reported to those who needed it. He replied that he said so in the kitchen. Too bad there was no reaction from the kitchen.
They then offered us limoncello.
However, I am always of the opinion that criticism is a positive thing. You can improve at what you are already good at.

On the shore of a lake, that of Varano, with a unique charm, a restaurant, apparently simple or which does not indulge in aesthetic distractions, reveals itself as an environment SOURCE of calm, tranquility and well-being.
With friendly and attentive service we ate very well and at a high level, with dishes which, we feel, are the true expression of a territory in which time slows down to allow the food to express its full essence.
Well done to all the staff with the hope that it can be known and recognized as it deserves.

I would have liked to celebrate my wife's birthday in a big way but...I left a place where they said it was excellent because when I arrived the result was disappointing. Continuing further, towards Capoiale, something attracted me to this little restaurant called ATTRACCO, well, it was the most sensible thing I did when eating: STUNNING, I'll be back soon...

Practically in front of Lake Varano, in a pictorially fishing scene, where a very fresh water source flows right on these shores. The restaurant offers fish dishes based on the catch of the day, it is advisable to book. The quality is excellent, highly recommended

Congratulations, we ate some of the best cuisine in the Gargano.
It is a small oasis set in a wonderful panorama and the Owners are Wonderful People. Thank you!!!

I ate spaghetti and clams. Very good but there were so many clams that I didn't have the patience to clean them all. Normally you put about thirty clams to clean and all the others are already cleaned. Moral of the story I didn't eat the whole dish because there were too many clams to clean

I went for Easter lunch. A positive surprise. It's a "Spartan" place on the edge of the lake run by nice guys. You shouldn't pay too much attention to the appearance of the place or the managers dressed in jeans... but it's an opportunity to savor well-made typical local dishes.
It's a "rustic" place but the food is good. I advise
